DELTA State House of Assembly Speaker, Rt. Hon Emomotimi Dennis Guwor has described the four consecutive terms of Sixteen years in which Senator James Manager was at the Senate “as distinguished by passion for the well-being of our people as well as wisdom and commitment to good governance”.
The eulogy was contained in a birthday message he despatched to him as he marks 64 birthday anniversary.
The message signed on his behalf by his Chief Press Secretary CPS Nkem Nwaeke which reads:
“Dear Distinguished Senator, as the Speaker of the Delta House of Assembly and a dear son to you, I am delighted to extend warm felicitations on the occasion of your 64th birthday anniversary.
“This milestone is a testament to your life’s journey, marked by dedication, service and contributions to our state and nation.
“Your tenures as Chairman of our great party, the People’s Democratic Party, PDP and later Commissioner for Works and Housing, would remain evergreen in the history of Delta State.
“Your tenure in the Senate for four consecutive terms of sixteen years, were distinguished by your passion for the well-being of our people as well as your wisdom and commitment to good governance.
“On behalf of my family, I pray that God grants you continued good health, strength, and wisdom to continue serving our nation and humanity.
“Happy 64th birthday, Distinguished Senator and many more years of happiness and accomplishments”, the statement added
