The Ugoani (Traditional ruler) of Okpanam Kingdom in Oshimili North Local Government Area of Delta State, Nigeria, His Royal Majesty (Dr) Michael Mbanefo Ogbolu has commissioned the Okpanam Civic Center project executed by Hon. Ngozi Lawrence Okolie, Member representing Aniocha/Oshimili Federal Constituency at the National Assembly.
Hon Okolie, a first timer at the Federal House of Representatives is representing the Constituency under the canopy of Labour Party (LP).
