Take the management of information space in Delta State to higher level, DOPF charges Osuoza

The Delta Online Publishers Forum (DOPF) has congratulated Dr. Ifeanyi Osuoza on his appointment as the State Commissioner for Information, while calling on him to bring positive changes and advancements in the management of information space in Delta State, Nigeria.
