Okpanam community has lost another important personality, Hon. Emeka Nmadu.
Although the cause of death is still sketchy but a family source confirmed to The Townhall that he has passed.
Emeka Nmadu was a voiciferous politician and Community leader.
He was a foundation member of Peoples Democratic Party PDP, as the chief convener in Warri, Delta State and having nurtured the Pary to an enviable height he moved to his constituency of Oshimili North local government area of Delta State where he became a Caretaker Chairman of Council in addition to holding other positions in the party.
He was among those who aspired to Delta House of Assembly under the banner of PDP.
