Governor Sheriff Oborevwori has appointed a 44-man committee of the Delta State Advisory and Peace Building Council with Prof. Sam Oyovbaire as Chairman.
Chief Dr. Chris Agbobu, His Excellency, Chief Benjamin Elue, Chief Nkem Okwuofu,Mrs. Josephine Ada Kachikwu, Alaowei Broderick Bozimo, Chief Gen. Broderick Demeyeibo Rtd, Chief Mike Adiotomre, Hon. Anthony Akpomiemie, and Chief Ignatius Agidi are listed as members.
Others appointed as members are Chief John Nwagimeje, Mr. Sam Nwa IgumborChief Benson Iyama, Sir. Simeon Efenudu, Sen. Mrs. Stella Unuezi Omu, Dr. Eddy Ugboma, Chief Emmanuel Onyenkwu, Rear Admr. Mike Onah Rtd., Chief Robert Onome, AVM Frank Ajobena Rtd and Mr. Tony Monye.
Also appointed are Philip Ibonye, Dr Pius Sinebe, Chief Margaret Unukegwo, Chief Godwin Edeki. Chief Eddie Ono-Sorhue, Major Patrick Egone (Rtd), Chief Emmanuel Ogobene, Chief Sylvester Oduara Kohwo, Dr. Adogbeji Ideh, Dame Esther Uduehi and Chief Hope Erute.
Others are Hon. Irene Imilar, Chief Dr. Roland Oritsejafor, Chief Isreal AbidoMr. John Edah, Chief Monday Arawore, Prince Igwe Nzekwe, Chief Iduh Amadhe, Chief Michael Eze, Rev.Gideon Oyibo, Bishop Emorariemu Benson, Bishop Jude Akhere and Bishop Godfrey Ekpenisi.
According to a statement signed by the Secretary to the State Government (SSG), Dr. Kingsley Emu, the date for their inauguration will be announced in due course.
