New year tragedy: Many feared dead, vehicles, houses burnt as petrol tanker fire occurs in Agbor, Delta State

Several persons are feared dead while many houses and vehicles were burnt following a petrol tanker explosion at Agbor, Ika South Local Government Area of Delta State, Nigeria .

The petrol tanker according to News Net Nigeria report, the tragic incident occurred along the ever busy Old Lagos/Asaba Road by the First Bank right inside the Agbor main town while trying to make a U-turn and fell resulting to explosion.

Several houses and vehicles within the vicinity of the scene were burnt

As at the time of this report the fire is still raging.
