Majority Leaders pledge support for Tibubu’s administration

By Austin Ogwuda

THE Nigeria Majority Leaders’ Forum has pledged their unwavering support to the administration of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu in his obvious effort to rescue Nigeria from her present economic crisis and security challenges.

The Executive members of the Forum made the pledge as a commitment arising from their meeting which held recently in Asaba, Delta State.

In their 6-point Communique as signed by the Forum’s Administrative Secretary, Comrade Patrick Ochei, the Forum also resolved to continue to support the Conference of Speakers towards achieving their set agenda, while congratulating the Governor of Benue State for taking the lead in constituting the State Accounts and Allocation Committee as well as implementing full financial autonomy as agreed by PASAN, Conference of Speakers and Nigeria Governors’ Forum.

As a clarion call, the Executive Members of the Forum urged all and sundry to continue to support Democracy in Nigeria by providing adequate support to Leaders at all levels to ensure more Democratic gains to the nation.

While seeking maximum support of the Conference of Speakers in ensuring sustained capacity development for her members, the Majority Leaders thanked profoundly all the Speakers that assisted their Majority Leaders to attend the Exco meeting, especially the Speaker of Delta State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Emomotimi Dennis Guwor who gave them a warm reception and support for a successful meeting.
