“Yesterday, I (Governor) went to commiserate with Hon. Justice Sybil Gbagi, JCA, the wife of the former Minister of State of Education, Olorogun Kenneth Gbagi.
She supported and stood by him all through.
My prayers and thoughts are with her, the children, the entire Gbagi family and the people of Oginibo.
