By Austin Ogwuda

Action Collective, political pressure group has called on the general public to discountenance the fake report making the rounds that the Federal High Court sat on Friday , 21st of March , 2025 setting aside its earlier ruling granting an Interim Injunction restraining the INEC and its agents from acting upon any fictitious names from Kogi State Central Senatorial District purporting to initiating a Re-call process and conducting a referendum. The National Coordinator of the political pressure group, Mr Teddy Onyejuwe said that to say such order emerged from the Kogi High court was suspect as the Judge was not mentioned in the fake report nor the legal firm that filed it.To buttress their fact, “They should produce the court order as the claim is a desperate bid to sell a fake narrative”, Onyejuwe said.Meanwhile the authentic and subsisting court order is hereby attached.
