A prominent Deltan and Political Leader, Chief Emma Ejiofor, PhD has sent a congratulatory message to Obi (Professor) Epiphany Azinge, SAN, as he emerged as the 14th Asagba of Asaba on Sunday, describing him as a man well prepared for the stool.
In a heart-warming letter to the Asagba designate, Chief Emma Ejiofor, PhD writes:
