Drama as Soldiers, Police walk Gov Obaseki out of INEC office

Governor Godwin Obaseki who stormed the premises of the Independent National Electoral Commission in Benin unannounced around 2 am this Sunday morning to protest alleged anomalies in the ongoing collation of results has been walked out of the office, disgracefully.

It was gathered that a combined team of policemen led by DIG Frank Mba and soldiers entered the premises and by 4.10 am, insisting that he must leave, as the security men were heard shouting at the governor, “Leave, leave”, “You are not supposed to be here”.
