The Director General, Delta State Orientation and Communications Bureau, Dr Fred Latimore Oghenesivbe has bagged Master of Science Degree in Mass Communication, making it the 4th degree from the University of Lagos (UNILAG).
The Postgraduate convocation which took place at the University campus, Akoka, Lagos on Thursday, 16th January 2025, was well attended by prominent Nigerians, academicians and captains of industry from all walks of life.
Oghenesivbe dedicated his MSc Degree to God, while thanking the State Government and governor of Delta State, Rt Hon Sheriff Oborevwori, for giving him all the necessary support for the attainment of his new academic feat.
Having bagged 4 academic degrees from UNILAG plus two others, making 6 degrees in all, he says “One more to add by the grace of God”.
