A former Deputy Governor in Delta State, Nigeria, Professor Amos Agbe Utuama, a Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN) is dead.
Utuama who was a deputy to former Governor Emmanuel Eweta Uduaghan passed after a protracted illness in the early hours of today (Saturday) in Lagos.
He was said to have been sick since after the passage of his wife, Dr. Nelly Utuama.
