The Iyase (Traditional Prime Minister) of Asaba community in Delta State, Nigeria, Chief Patrick Isioma Onyeobi has passed on at the age of 91.
Onyeobi was a seasoned technocrat and retired as the Secretary to the Government and Head of Service (HoS) in the defunct Bendel State.
