According to the statement endorsed by the King,
“These are the only individuals authorized to represent the Kingdom in their respective capacities. Anyone not listed here who claims to hold any of these positions is an impostor and does not represent the King or the Kingdom in any way. Such individuals should not be granted any responsibility or privilege.
“For all matters concerning Ewu-Urhobo Kingdom, please engage only with the aforementioned representatives. Unauthorized representations will not be recognized. We remain committed to the integrity and governance of the Kingdom, and your cooperation is appreciated”, the statement added.
Recall that the traditional ruler of Ewu surrendered to Police after the Military declared him and seven others wanted in connection with the killing of 17 army troops in Okuama on March 14th this year.
The Police, thereafter, handed him over to the Military who whisked him to Abuja for interrogation but was later released after spending nearly a month in custody of the Army.
