Contrary to Governor Sim Fubara’s allegation to the effect that PDP abandoned him and never offered protection during his travails prior to his defection, PDP has swiftly reacted and took him to the cleaners.
Fubara had during stakeholders’ meeting at Government House in Port Harcourt on Tuesday claimed that he did not receive protection from PDP, hence his decision to join the APC.
But in a swift reaction, PDP, in a strongly worded statement signed by its National Publicity Secretary, Ini Ememobong, described Fubara defection to the APC as “pitiful.”
