Delta NIPR congratulates Anele, Acting Director Army PR

Delta State Chapter of the Nigerian Institute of Public Relations, NIPR, has congratulated the first female Acting Director of the Nigerian Army Public Relations, Lt Col Anele Onyinyechi Apollonia, on her well deserved appointment.

State Public Relations Officer of NIPR, Dr (Barr) Fred Latimore Oghenesivbe, in a goodwill message on Thursday, described the new acting image maker of the Nigerian Army as a worthy and active member of the Institute.

He noted that Lt Col Anele is a top class professional with the required skills and experience to deliver on her assigned responsibilities.

Dr Oghenesivbe who is also the Director General of Delta State Bureau for Communications and Orientation, said the State Chairman of the Institute, Godfrey Osakwe and all members received the news of her appointment with great joy and excitement, noting that the army leadership had through her appointment expressed implicit confidence in her capability, integrity and competence to discharge her duties without blemish.

“The Delta State chapter of NIPR celebrates a top class professional colleague, Lt Col Anele Onyinyechi Apollonia. A golden fish has no hiding place.

“Your appointment as the first female Acting Director of Army Public Relations is a testament to your unwavering commitment and unconditional dedication to quality service to our great country, Nigeria.

“Shine on, Lt Col Anele. We pray God Almighty to grant you great foresight, good health and uncommon wisdom to excel in your new assignment, even as we look forward to seeing you at the Nigeria Public Relations Week, NPRW In Uyo, from May 19-24, 2025,” Oghenesivbe said.
