….as husband watches speechless on arrival
NO fewer than three lives were lost on Thursday at Okpaka Junction along the DSC Expressway in Udu Local Government Area of Delta State when the driver of a Toyota Camry, ostensibly on high speed lost control and crashed into commercial shops located along the road.
The victims according to neighbours were a mother, her young daughter as well as another shop owner, suspected to have died instantly.
According to Prime Gossip.news Reporter, “The driver was moving at an uncontrollable speed when he lost control and veered into the shops. It was heartbreaking. People were screaming and running for safety”, a resident recounted.
Adding to the sorrow, another witness described the scene: “The woman’s husband stood there speechless, staring at the lifeless bodies of his wife and daughter. It was a devastating sight”, stated the Prime Gossip Reporter.
It was further gathered that the driver was lucky to have escaped lynching as he was apprehended and handed over to the Police immediately.
